Order is processed as below: Step 1: Search for products. Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart. Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order. Step 4: Fill in the order form. Step 5: Proceed with payment. Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
Delivery Time : 3 - 7 days
Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing. Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange and return are possible in
the following cases.
-If you change your mind and apply for an
exchange/return (color exchange, size exchange, simple change of mind,
erroneous purchase, etc.), you can exchange/return the relevant product within seven
days from the date of receipt. (Customer shall bear the delivery charge.)
-If the content of the supplied product is different
from that either indicated or advertised, or the supply of the product has been
implemented differently from the content of the contract, you can apply for an
exchange/return of the relevant product within three months from the date of
receipt, or within 30 days from the date of acknowledging the fact. (Delivery
charges shall be paid by the company.)
-In the case of applying for exchange/return due to
defect of the product or mis-delivery, the delivery charge is free.
-When returning a product, you must return the gift you
received at the time of order along with the product. If you have used the
gift, the amount shall be refunded after deducting the cost of the gift.
Exchange and return are not possible
in the following cases
-The goods are lost or damaged due to
the customer’s fault. (Except for damaging the packaging in order to check the
contents of the product)
-If the value of the product has
decreased significantly due to use or partial consumption by the customer
-If the value of the product is lost due
to opened or damaged packaging
-If the value of the product is
significantly decreased due to lapse of time to the extent that it is difficult
to resell the product
-If the packaging of the replicable
product is damaged
-In case of home appliances, if the
product value is lost due to being opened or damaged packaging, exchange/return
shall not be allowed.
- The product purchased via an offline
store shall not be exchanged/refunded.

After confirming the return of the product, we refund the payment
within three business days.
If you have paid with your credit card, we will cancel your credit
card authorization, thereby prohibiting the payment from being charged.
(However, the amount can be charged in line with the settlement date
of the credit card. In this case, the amount shall be refunded by the credit
card company when the payment of the credit card is charged in the following
month.)
Pending period for reward store credit: Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.
Requirements: If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.” The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”
Cancellation of store credit: Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
This window will automatically close when payment is processed.
